WVU Health Sciences to host Global Health Week Oct. 6-10
Sponsored by the West Virginia University School of Medicine Global Health Program, WVU Health Sciences will host Global Health Week Oct. 6-10 with daily presentations highlighting innovation, access and the future of health care worldwide.
Virtual Mindful Steps series begins Oct. 2
Mindful Steps Part 1 is a six-week intermediate class that is designed to assist in developing and maintaining mindful resilience, mental fitness and relaxation. Participants are invited to attend up to six one-hour sessions that offer a variety of simple yet practical tools to be mindful in daily living. The class is on Thursdays from Oct. 2 to Nov. 6 from noon to 1 p.m. on Zoom.
2025 RUSH (Rural Undergraduate Shadowing in Healthcare) program application now open
The 2025 Rural Undergraduate Shadowing in Healthcare (RUSH) program application is now open. Please submit full applications by October 8, 2025.
Operation Blue Sky at Health Sciences to host events during WVU Week of Purpose
