Athletic Training Division in the Department of Human Performance names Nguyen incoming chair
As a result of changes from the national accrediting organization, athletic training education at West Virginia University will transition to the School of Medicine. Anh-Dung “Yum” Nguyen, Ph.D., has been named the incoming chair for the Division of Athletic Training in the Department of Human Performance.
Pediatrics Grand Rounds slated for Wednesday, Oct. 16

VISTA Collaborative at WVU's Center for Service and Learning is partnering with WV Women Moving Forward to host a Ready for Work Clothing Drive from October 14-25. The drop-off location at the Health Sciences Center is located on the first floor behind Cavanaugh's (Pylons Area). Solid color scrubs in all sizes are needed.

Ruby Memorial Hospital will host an open house to introduce community members to Project SEARCH and recruit for its 2020 class from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 15, in the Bruce McClymonds Conference Room. Potential participants and their families will have the opportunity to meet the staff and instructor and learn more about the internship program.
