Irfan Zeb, M.D., an assistant professor for the WVU School of Medicine's Division of Cardiology, will speak as part of Medicine Grand Rounds on Friday, September 24, at 8 a.m. The presentation will be held over Zoom.

Virtual farewell event set for Sept. 28 for Garrett Moran
Garrett Moran, PhD, MPA, MA, associate director of services and policy innovation at the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute and professor in the Department of Health Policy, Management and Leadership in the School of Public Health, will be leaving his position with West Virginia University effective Sept. 30.

CARRS Program Community and Rural Rotations Support Program The CARRS application for 3rd Year MEDICAL STUDENTS WITH ROTATIONS between July 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 is now OPEN. The application is also open for 4th year DENTAL STUDENTS WITH ROTATIONS during Fall semester 2021. PHARMACY STUDENTS with rural rotations requested or scheduled between May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022. Available projects are listed by county. Applicants have to choose one of the projects when submitting the CARRS application.
