Veterans can request an appointment for Veteran Oral Health Day
A limited number of appointments will be available at Veteran Oral Health Day on Friday, November 12, 2021. Veterans and active National Guard and Reserve members will receive free dental screenings, x-rays as necessary, cleaning, simple fillings and other urgent care needs based on the determination of the faculty and student dental and dental hygiene providers.
WVU Medicine earns 2021 CHIME Digital Health Most Wired recognition
The College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) announced that WVU Medicine has earned 2021 CHIME Digital Health Most Wired recognition as a certified level 10, the highest level, on the ambulatory survey and level 9 on the acute care survey. The CHIME Digital Health Most Wired program conducts an annual survey to assess how effectively healthcare organizations apply core and advanced technologies into their clinical and business programs to improve health and care in their communities.
