Licensed Hygienist

Overview: We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice in Buckhannon, WV, seeking a motivated and compassionate Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our office emphasizes high-quality care, efficient scheduling, and a supportive environment where hygienists are respected and able to thrive.

Compensation & Benefits: Base pay $40/hour. We also have a bonus structure that allows you to increase your effective hourly rate while maintaining a personalized manageable patient load.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Take digital radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Assist in co-diagnosis and communicate findings with the doctor
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Active West Virginia Dental Hygienist license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality care
• New graduates welcome

Schedule: Part-time (days and hours flexible; to be discussed)
