Our Story

Peach Tree Dental began in 1985 as a single-doctor practice in Ruston, Louisiana, founded by Dr. Jesse Roberts, Jr. — a Navy veteran whose commitment to service and patient care laid the foundation for everything that followed. The practice was later acquired by his son, Dr. Jesse Roberts, III, who has carried that legacy forward and grown it, over four decades, into one of the leading dental organizations in North Louisiana.

Together with co-owner Dr. John A. Howell, Jr., the practice expanded into Monroe and continued to grow until the original Monroe office — four dentists working in just 1,800 square feet — could no longer keep up with patient demand. In 2014, that growth led to the construction of our flagship 12,500-square-foot, 16-operatory facility on Forsythe Avenue, designed in a distinctive Greek Revival style and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. It remains one of the most advanced dental facilities in the region.

Today, Peach Tree Brands is a multi-location group practice serving patients across Northeast Louisiana, with offices in Monroe, West Monroe, Ruston, and Jonesboro, plus our pediatric specialty clinics, Peach Tree for Kids and Snaggle Dental. Our Monroe campus is also home to the Louisiana Dental Institute, a 12-week dental assistant training program that develops the next generation of dental professionals from within our own community.

Position Details

• Qualifications: Licensure in the corresponding state
• Classification: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Salary: $250,000.00 – $500,000.00 per year

Continuing Education

Reimbursement allowance of $1,000.00 every twelve (12) months, which may include course tuition and/or travel expenses.

Time Off

A minimum of ten (10) non-paid days of vacation per year, in addition to paid vacation and paid personal time noted above.

Dental Treatment for Family

• Associate may provide dental treatment to Associate’s immediate family (spouse and dependent children under 21) at no charge. Associate or Associate’s immediate family member shall be responsible for all laboratory fees.
• Associate may provide dental treatment to Associate’s extended family at a discounted rate of fifty percent (50%). Associate or Associate’s family member shall be responsible for all laboratory fees. Extended family means parents, step-parents, siblings, and parents by marriage (“in-laws”).
