Job Description & Qualifications: Opportunity for a West Virginia Licensed DDS in the Elkins/Buckhannon area. This schedule features a four-day work week that is organized so you have 4 day weekends twice a month. In addition, we provide: time off, holidays off, an attractive compensation package, a trained assistant, trained team, CE, Professional Liability Coverage, Scrubs and Laundry service, Family Dental Benefit, Family TeleMedical Benefit, Retirement Plan - plus no administrative work - all of your HR, Marketing, Accounting and more is taken care of. Salary Details: We provide a base salary plus % of production, compensation will be a conversation between the candidate and Dr. Martino.

Additional Information: Practice has an established patient base, 2 Full-Time RDH on team, plus 2 FT CP's and a Board-Certified Orthodontist who visits weekly. All providers are assisted, new patients average 90-100 per month. These are our top producing offices, earnings can be unlimited. Additionally, we have mentorship available for new grads - our senior DDS are always available to help you with any case or need. The Elkins office is one hour from Bridgeport and Buckhannon is a 25 minute commute from Bridgeport, an easy highway drive to both.
